Returns

We offer returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product should be free from physical damage or misuse

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with clear images or videos.

Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are processed via bank transfer
  • Refunds are initiated within 5 to 7 working days after approval

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Clearance or discounted items (if mentioned on product page)
